Use of Health Insurance for Physical Therapy Services

True Physiotherapy, LLC is NOT a participating provider with Medicare or any insurance company. However, your insurance may reimburse you for out-of-network physical therapy benefits for medically necessary treatment. Please contact your insurance company for details specific to your plan. We will supply you with a superbill with all necessary information for you to independently submit your receipts to your insurance.

Methods of Payment

Payment is expected on the date of service, and we accept cash, check or credit card. We require that you keep a valid credit card on file in the event we need to charge you for a late cancellation or no-show. You will always be notified if such charge will occur. Please refer to the policy below.

If you are paying by check, please write your driver's license number by your name. We ask that you verify funds are available in the account to avoid a fee of $35 and, if necessary, collection fees, and an additional 3% interest per month until payment is received.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we greatly appreciate you letting us know with more than 24-hours advance notice (aka, sometime before your scheduled time on the day before).

Because True Physiotherapy, LLC holds an appointment time for you and you only, we maintain a firm cancellation & no-show policy. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice (aka after your scheduled time on the day before) or simply do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled session.

Exceptions under certain circumstances will be considered.
We trust you will be honest in your explanation of your absence.

We make note of all late cancellations and no-shows in your account, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

We will discontinue service due to repeated late cancellations at our discretion.
